Introducing Our Latest Dynamic Hero: Charlene

Dynamic Training are excited to announce our latest Dynamic Hero, after our nominations earlier in the year. Charlene is a former Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprentice with Dynamic Training who works as a care assistant within a care home.
Charlene was nominated for our Dynamic Heroes awards by her Dynamic Training skills & development coach after overcoming numerous challenges and completing her apprenticeship ahead of schedule. This awards process is Dynamic Training's way of celebrating the success and development of our learners and line managers as they navigate their apprenticeships, and Charlene absolutely deserves recognition for her time as an apprentice.
Charlene was nominated by her Skills & Development Coach, who had the below to say about Charlene and her time as an apprentice;
"Charlene has been completing her care certificate and apprenticeship in adult care despite numerous workplace setbacks and personal setbacks.
She has proven how determined she can be when she wants to achieve something despite barriers placed in her way. Her commitment despite all the challenges has been inspiring and she is actually now in EPA 3 months early.
She has also successfully secured a role at her place of work that she has completed her apprenticeship in."
As part of these awards, we visited Charlene to give her a certificate and her own £40 voucher for being a Dynamic Hero. We also sat down to speak with her about her journey as an apprentice and her future aspirations.

Dynamic Training care deeply about celebrating the successes of our learners and line managers, and love to reward their achievements as they progress in their careers.
For this reason, Dynamic Training run our Dynamic Heroes awards programme, open to all current and past Dynamic Training apprentices and their line managers.
We host these awards throughout the year, and pick our winner from all of those successfully nominated. The winner receives an online certificate from the Dynamic Training team, helping to commemorate their achievement and giving them a reminder of their own successes and development. Our winning Hero will also receive a £25 voucher from Dynamic Training as a small reward for their achievement.
Apprenticeship Overview
Level 2 | 15 Months (Including End Point Assessment)
Adult Care Workers are the frontline staff who help adults with care and support needs to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible. Working in a care home, a hospital, out in the community or visiting people at home.
The Adult Care Worker apprenticeship is a vital training pathway for those entering the care profession, providing the foundational skills and knowledge necessary to deliver compassionate and high-quality support to adults with various needs. On this programme, apprentices will learn how to assist individuals facing physical, social, emotional, or intellectual challenges, helping them to achieve their personal goals and maintain as much independence and safety as possible. The apprenticeship combines practical hands-on experience with theoretical learning, ensuring that apprentices are well-prepared to meet the complex needs of those they support.
