The intake of sufficient fluid and nutrition is fundamental to good health and well-being. It is imperative that all staff who work within a health and social care setting are able to identify when a person is not drinking or eating adequately and to be aware of food safety. This course provides health and care workers with the knowledge to ensure the people they support receive the appropriate level of hydration and nutrition.
