Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hrs a week
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Dynamic Training is seeking a creative and highly organised Content & Engagement Officer to support learner recruitment, employer engagement, and brand development.
This role sits within our Business Development & Marketing team and is central to promoting our programmes, showcasing learner success, and ensuring our materials reflect the quality and inclusive culture of our organisation.
This role is central to promoting Dynamic Training’s provision, supporting learner recruitment, and strengthening relationships with employers and partners.
The postholder will help showcase what makes Dynamic Training distinctive by creating professional, well-branded materials and planning and delivering engaging events that highlight our programmes, opportunities, and impact. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, they will develop content and resources that communicate our offer clearly, reflect our inclusive culture, and encourage participation from learners and employers alike, helping to grow our reach and reputation.
To be considered for this role you need:
- Experience creating professional content, publications, or marketing materials.
- Strong writing, editing, and document design skills.
- Confident using digital tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Office 365, social scheduling platforms).
- Ability to organise workload across multiple projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience creating and preparing content for websites and digital platforms.
- Confident using social media platforms in a professional context to support organisational communications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing functions to supply accurate, engaging content.
- Experience using a CRM system (such as HubSpot) to manage contacts, support event activity, or track engagement.
- Level 3 qualification (e.g. A Level, BTEC, Apprenticeship) in a relevant subject with relevant professional experience.
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities
Branding & Quality Assurance of Materials
- Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and brand standards.
- Format and quality-check learner and employer materials created by delivery teams.
- Ensure consistency across handbooks, presentations, policies, and external documents.
- Act as the organisational lead for visual identity and document presentation.
E-Learning Presentation Support
- Apply branding and formatting to digital learning content within LMS platforms.
- Work with tutors to prepare materials for upload and learner use.
- Ensure a consistent and accessible learner experience online.
Content Creation & Communications
- Produce promotional and informational content for website, newsletters, social media, email, physical and campaigns.
- Capture learner/customer success stories, case studies, and organisational updates through staff learner and employer engagement opportunities.
- Translate operational information into clear, engaging external communications.
Content Support for Digital Marketing
- Work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Assistant to provide high-quality content for use across social media and digital channels.
- Develop source material such as case studies, learner stories, photographs, and event highlights for marketing use.
- Ensure all supplied content aligns with brand standards, tone of voice, and organisational messaging.
- Assist with preparing visuals, formatted documents, and approved copy for scheduled posts and campaigns.
Events & Engagement
- Coordinate logistics for open events, employer sessions, and internal showcases.
- Support promotion and capture content during events (online and physical).
- Help strengthen relationships through visible, well-managed engagement activity.
Collaboration Across Teams
- Work closely with delivery staff, leadership, and business development to identify communication needs.
- Provide creative support for new initiatives, programmes, and launches.
Professional Responsibilities
- Ensure all content, materials, and communications are handled in line with organisational policies and relevant legislation, including GDPR, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and accessibility requirements.
- Apply inclusive design principles to documents and digital content so materials are accessible to all learners and stakeholders, supporting Dynamic Training’s commitment to being Disability Confident.
- Follow Health and Safety procedures when planning and delivering events, capturing media, or working across sites.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practice in branding, digital content, accessibility, and education-sector communications through continuing professional development.
- Work flexibly and undertake other duties appropriate to the role that support the effective promotion and presentation of Dynamic Training’s provision.

- Basic video editing or multimedia creation skills.
- Experience supporting LMS or e-learning environments.
- Experience updating website content, formatting pages, or uploading resources within a CMS.
- Familiarity with HubSpot for communications, contact management, or event-related activity.
- Understanding of how digital content supports learner recruitment and employer engagement.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design or related field.
- Relevant marketing or digital certification (e.g. CIM, HubSpot, Google Digital)
